1. The installation of industrial lift doors starts with ground issues. The ground needs to be made of cement in order to determine the height of the opening. If the floor is not made, it is very likely that after installing the door, whether the floor is high or low will have a certain impact on the door. The ground is high, the top door panel cannot be tightly closed, the ground is low, and the door panel cannot cover the opening tightly. So it's important to prepare the ground in advance.

2. Prefabricate the power supply of the industrial lifting door to the corresponding position in advance, so that installation and debugging will be more convenient when installing the door. If there is no prefabricated power supply, during installation, it is necessary to pull the power from other places. After debugging, the wires outside the control box need to be connected by the user in the future. It is difficult for non professionals to make the circuit beautiful and more laborious, so prepare the power supply in advance. The staff directly connected the wires, avoiding a lot of trouble for the user.



3. The industrial lifting doors on both sides of the lintel are usually installed on the walls inside the opening, so the installation planes on both sides need to be a flat surface. If they are not a flat surface, the user needs to make up the plane or prepare the materials in advance, so that the installation time will not be delayed.

And within the installation plane, it should be transparent from top to bottom and free from obstacles. If only the lintels on both sides are flat and some obstacles protrude from the top, the door body will also touch the door panel after lifting.
