To meet certain sealing requirements, a position for installing an infrared monitor is reserved at the bottom of the guide box about 1m above the ground. Curtain fabric: The curtain fabric is made in sections, with the height of each section being about 700mm. Each section of curtain fabric is connected into an integral curtain fabric through special aluminum wind resistant strips. The curtain fabric is 1.2mm thick, which has the advantages of high strength, impact resistance and not easy to Pierce. δ=2mm transparent PVC material can also be used to make the curtain fabric or part of transparent PVC material to make the curtain fabric, so as to observe the situation on the two sides of the soft curtain door. The bottom of the curtain fabric is provided with an aluminum bottom beam, and the top of the anti-collision soft bag curtain fabric is fixed on the drum by screws and laminate.
Driving device: The soft curtain door shaft is directly driven by the deceleration motor, and the decelerator of different speed ratios is selected according to the requirements of the lifting speed to achieve the required lifting speed. The fast speed can reach more than 80cm/s. The control line adopts frequency conversion control, so that the curtain can start slowly and stop slowly during operation, and the curtain can stop in place and stop moving during operation.
Control: The soft curtain door is provided with a control box, which can operate "open", "stop" and "close" in the control box and can be set up on the other side of the control box wall control button operation "open", "stop" and "close". Remote control operation, radar detection or geomagnetic induction can be selected as required to automatically open and close the door. Infrared monitoring device is set on the two sides of the door. When the door body moves and obstacles cross the door, the curtain movement will stop or return to the open state.
